In Loving Memory of Anthony Hubbard
January 16, 1965 – May 3, 2025
With deep sorrow and enduring love, we announce the passing of Anthony “Glue” Hubbard, who departed this life on May 3, 2025, at the age of 60.
Born on January 16, 1965, in Dallas, Texas, Anthony lived life with a spirit full of energy, laughter, and love. Known for his quick wit, infectious humor, and larger-than-life personality, he had a unique way of lighting up every room he entered. Whether through a joke, a story, or a simple smile, Anthony brought joy to all who knew him.
Anthony had a heart that embraced freedom—he was always on the move, never one to be “tied down,” and he truly lived life on his own terms. That free spirit and vibrant soul touched countless lives, and his memory will live on through the laughter he inspired and the bonds he nurtured.
He is survived by his loving five sisters: Nakita Hubbard, Velissa Thomas, Laronda Hubbard, Aretha Davis, and Savella Echols, his cherished son: Jamon Mcadams, and a devoted host of nieces and nephews, all of whom will carry forward his legacy of warmth and humor. He was preceded in death by his mother: Doris Haynes, father: Hazie B. Hubbard, stepfather: James Haynes, and nephew Joe Davis, who surely welcomed him with open arms.
Anthony will be deeply missed, but forever remembered—for his laughter, his love, and the light he brought into the lives of so many.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
