James Ralph Walker went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2023. James was born to Bernese Nelson and William Henry Walker on November 26,
1949. James is preceded in death by his mother and father, and his brothers William and Phillip Walker.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Walker Davis and his brothers Lance Wood, Jerry Ferguson and Tommy Walker, and various nieces and nephews.

Friends will remember James for his sweet spirit and his talent for remembering lots of fun times of his younger years with friends from school days. He spent most of his early years in the Oak Cliff/ Lancaster area. He always had fond memories of his friends that he grew up with from Boude Storey and Carter High School. James never met a stranger, always up for a good visit, and enjoyed reminiscing of times past. He will be fondly remembered for his big heart, a gentle soul and a fun talent for story telling.
