It is with heavy hearts that we announce the upcoming funeral services and ceremonies for Natalia Sanchez, a beloved mother, sister, and friend. She was born on December 2, 1931, in Mexico. After a life filled with hard work and dedication, Natalia passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 92.
Natalia was a strong and independent woman who dedicated her life to caring for her family. Despite facing numerous challenges at a young age, she selflessly raised her siblings and later moved her family to America for a better future. Natalia's commitment to hard work was evident in her career as a seamstress and her time spent at the family restaurant, Calle Doce.
A cherished memory of Natalia was her love for adventure, especially road trips back to her hometown in Monterrey, Mexico, and the thrill of playing slot machines in Las Vegas. However, above all else, Natalia's greatest joy came from being surrounded by her family.
Visitation will be held at the Hughes Family Tribute Center on November 5, 2024, at 5:00 pm to allow friends and family the opportunity to pay their respects. A Mass in her honor will take place at the Cathedral Guadalupe on November 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm. A committal service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
In her passing, Natalia leaves behind her sons, Jesus Sanchez and Juan Sanchez; and daughters, Alma Rubio, Laura Sanchez, and Natalia Suarez; and a community of family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Natalia's legacy of hard work, resilience, and unwavering love will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace.
