Survived by his sons Tommy Carroll ,Charles Oxlade and Chris Carroll

Thomas was the backbone of his family. Hard working,honest, caring and always there to help when needed. He instilled a strong work ethic in his nieces and nephews. Led them by example. He loved his fur babies.

He was the best dad and cherished his baby. Tommy was very special to him and he was proud of his accomplishments.

His influence helped shape many other family members and provided a helping hand when needed.

Fly high Rest now. Until we meet again we will miss you each day.
